VIVID VASES CARD CLASS PROJECTS AND SCALLOP TAG PUNCH GOODIE HOLDER

HEY BLOGGIES,

Last night was my second Vivid Vases card class.  This has been a VERY well accepted stamp and all the participants LOVED the cards.

Before we got to our Vivid Vases cards, I demoed how to make this cute chocolate holder from the new SCALLOP TAG TOPPER PUNCH:

I used a sheet of paper from  the FRESH PRINTS PAPER PACK, cut it to 2"wide and punched each end.

After I scored two score lines near the middle, I put sticky tape to hold 3 Hershey's chocolate kisses and then tied it up with some coastal cabana 1/4" ribbon.

That's it!! EASY PEASY and everyone loved knowing how to do this know and they got to take one home!!

Enjoy a little bit of spring with these cute card ideas.

This first card is crumb cake base with Midnight Muse punched scallop ribbon panel.  Dark colors colored the vases but we still used a bit darker to add the shadows.
We used smoky slate and basic gray markers to create the shadow of the vase against the background,.  The chalk marker colored the flowers and provided the highlight on the vases.

Next was the same stamp used for paper piecing.  Again the Fresh Prints paper pack was used and paper snipped out to attach to the vases.  The bulb spritzer from the clearance rack was used with the coastal cabana marker to add the bit of grunge.

You have seen this card before from my last Vivid Vases card class.  White embossing powder and the chalk talk die were used, as well as the edgelits for the layer and the card front.

We colored our flowers anyway that we wanted to and they look good in all colors.

That's it.  If all these cards do not convince you that you NEED to purchase the Vivid Vases stamp, then look again at all the cuteness above.  YOU NEED IT.

Thanks for stopping by.
